Refund Policy

The 180-day guarantee

Every order of CogniFort Plus is covered by a 180-day money-back guarantee running from the date of purchase. If the product is not right for you, you may request a refund within that period.

That window is deliberately generous, and there is a practical reason it matters here: the botanicals in this formula are studied over eight to twelve weeks. A guarantee shorter than the trial period would be close to meaningless.

How to make a claim

1. Find your order confirmation email, which carries your order number and receipt.
2. Contact support using the details on that confirmation, or via our contact page.
3. Quote your order number and state that you are claiming under the 180-day guarantee.
4. Follow any return instructions you are given.

Keep a copy of anything you send, and start the process comfortably before the deadline rather than on the final day.

Returns

If a return of product is required, support will advise you at the point of your claim. Please do not send anything back before receiving instructions, as unadvised returns are difficult to trace and may delay your refund.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. How quickly funds appear depends on your bank or card issuer, which is outside our control.

What is not covered

Claims made after the 180-day period has closed, and claims where no order number can be located, may not be eligible. Customs charges and import duties levied by a destination country are set by local authorities and cannot be refunded.

Questions before ordering

If anything about this policy is unclear, ask before you buy. We would far rather answer a question in advance than have you discover the answer afterwards.
