Contact
Whatever you need, here is where it is best directed.
Orders, delivery and refunds
For anything to do with an existing order — delivery, tracking, a change of address or a refund — the fastest route is the support contact printed on your order confirmation email. Orders are fulfilled by the product owner, and that email carries your order number and receipt.
Have your order number ready. If you are claiming under the 180-day guarantee, start the process well before the deadline rather than on the final day.

Allergen questions belong with the manufacturer
The clearest allergen consideration in this formula is Lion's Mane: if you react to mushrooms, this product is not suitable for you.
If you have other allergies or dietary requirements, ask before ordering. We would rather answer a question in advance than have you discover a problem after the parcel arrives.
Please see a doctor rather than starting a supplement if
- Memory problems are getting worse over months rather than staying steady
- There is difficulty with familiar tasks, or getting lost in familiar places
- Family or friends have noticed changes before you did
- The problems are affecting work or daily independence
- There are personality or mood changes alongside the memory changes
- You take anticoagulant medication, have a seizure disorder, or have surgery scheduled
- You are pregnant, breastfeeding, or the product is intended for someone under 18
Several causes of memory change — thyroid disorders, vitamin B12 deficiency, medication side effects, depression, sleep apnoea — are treatable and sometimes fully reversible once identified. None of them is found by taking a supplement, and delay is what consistently costs people the most.
Questions about your medicines
We cannot advise on your medication and it would be irresponsible to try. Please take the product label, or a photograph of it, to a pharmacist along with a list of everything you take.
This matters particularly here: Ginkgo Biloba and Panax Ginseng may increase bleeding risk and interact with warfarin, aspirin and clopidogrel. Ginkgo may be inadvisable with seizure disorders, ginseng may affect blood glucose, and Rhodiola has been discussed in relation to antidepressants. The review is free and takes a few minutes.
